Once you’ve started cooking, fasten the cap atop the poultry roaster to hold in moisture. As it cooks, the liquid within the integrated cup steams, infusing your bird with a delicious and unique flavor.The Weber poultry infusion roaster is easy to clean once you’ve finished cooking, and is completely dishwasher safe.
